This year the legendary Joe Loss Orchestra celebrates its 77th anniversary. Since 1930 the orchestra has never been disbanded and reformed, it has been in constant operation throughout the world, with Britain’s best musicians and singers performing totally live. In 1989, Joe Loss, Britain’s most celebrated band leader, handed leadership of the orchestra to Todd Miller and he continues to lead them today with a programme stretching from the Big Band era to today’s charts. |
