Note: Mendelssohn visited the UK and was inspired to compose his Hebrides Overture and Scottish symphony by the natural wonders of Scotland. The Berlin Symphony Orchestra, under their principal conductor Lothar Zagrosec, are renowned for their performances of the classical repertoire and bring this great tradition to these three core classical works.
