Once again, the Littlehampton Concert Band's tribute to the most famous concert series in the world is back. Proms has become an institution and our Last Night has all the fun, tradition and excitement that audiences have come to expect. Bring your hats and best singing voices - flags, balloons and entertainment will be provided. As this year's Proms season will coincide with the Beijing Olympics, we are going to have an Olympic theme with a host of music associated with the games. Plus, of course, there will be all the proms favourites including Pomp & Circumstance, Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and many more. We will also be performing William Walton's famous Coronation March, Crown Imperial, which is guaranteed to get you feeling patriotic. It is going to be a great evening and tickets are now on sale but they are going fast so make sure you get them soon to avoid disappointment. |
