Nicholas Daniel's long and distinguished career began when he won the BBC Young Musician of the Year award when he was 18. Today one of the UK's most successful soloists, he has become an important ambassador for music in many different fields, not least in his support of music societies. This evening, Nicholas is playing with the pianist, Julius Drake, who is renowned and respected for his work with musicians such as Willard White, Natalie Klien and Emma Johnson. Their duo is one of the best known in Britain. |
